Old memories come in bursts.face,events,emotions.everything that once was.an open projector. When facing,not the death of your own life;but,of someone you care deeply for-your heart and mind go blank,cold,lost,fearful,angry unbelieving.and when that being is saved from death,you stop and blink before falling back into yourself.
